  • Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as personalized products, sale items, or gift cards, are not eligible for returns. Please check the product description for specific return information.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a similar box to ensure it is protected during transit.
  4. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If you used a credit card or PayPal, the refund will be processed to the same account.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales may not be eligible for returns.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Exchanges and Store Credit
