Shipment Policy

At Clymavel, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our shipment policy provides detailed information about shipping methods, estimated delivery times, costs, and international shipping options. Please read through this policy to understand how we handle your orders.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. When you place an order, you can choose the shipping method that works best for you. Our available shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method typically takes between 5 to 7 business days to deliver within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping, which typically takes 2 to 3 business days within the United States.
  • International Shipping: Clymavel proudly ships internationally to select countries. International shipping times vary by destination but typically take between 7 to 21 business days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays. Clymavel is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery location. During checkout, you will be provided with an accurate shipping cost calculation before confirming your payment.

We also offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply. Please note that expedited shipping and international orders will have additional fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

After placing your order, we begin processing it within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, we will ship it based on the selected shipping method. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This email will include all the necessary details to help you track your package.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. Clymavel is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@clymavel.com to update the shipping details.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your package via the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after the order has been shipped.

6. International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping to many countries. However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations depending on your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about potential duties or taxes before making a purchase. Please note that international shipping times can vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to physical addresses and do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us prior to placing your order.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund if necessary.
